0165(2)(c): In the hallway by classrooms there is loose silver metal cable accessible to children.(corrected onsite 8/16/24) In blue classroom, mutilple electronic cables including cell phone cables, and in the school-age room TV cord accessible to children. 0165(3)(d): The back door area walking towards the kitchen to go the play yard area has a chest freezer accessible to children which is an a trapment hazard. 1065(3)(f): Multiple cubbies throughout classrooms and hallways were missing being secured to the wall posing a tipping hazard to children.
